The challenge
Before the integration, the lender was operating two parallel customer records. Marketing campaigns drove leads into HubSpot, then handed them to LOs who re entered the borrower into Encompass for the actual loan file. From that moment on, marketing was blind. There was no visibility into which leads pulled credit, which submitted applications, which reached conditional approval, and which actually funded. Pull through rate was a guess.
