HubSpot is a highly trusted and effective CRM platform that has helped businesses worldwide enhance their processes and build healthy relations with their customers. However, while HubSpot is a powerful platform, its functionality can be further enhanced by integrating it with suitable third-party applications.

Being a customizable platform, HubSpot can integrate suitable applications and services to provide users with the right mix of tools and features. In addition, HubSpot integration blends the CRM data with the data stored within a different platform to sync the processes carried out by both entities. This allows users to work on a single platform instead of switching between various alternatives.

Zapier makes such HubSpot integrations possible in a hassle-free manner. It is a software solution that allows users to integrate two complementary applications or services to streamline specific workflows. With Zapier, you can integrate your HubSpot account with various applications to enhance your processes and workflows.

Zapier automates the integration process, saving you from all the toil and trouble involved with the traditional approach to software integration. With Zapier, integrating HubSpot with suitable applications becomes faster, smoother, and more efficient.

Why Should You Integrate HubSpot Using Zapier?

If you are planning to carry out a HubSpot integration, here are some of the most important reasons why you should use Zapier for the same:

A Wide Range Of Options

Zapier allows you to integrate your HubSpot account with more than 1,400 different applications across the internet. This gives you various other options to scale your business processes and improve your workflows.
Irrespective of the industry you operate in and the HubSpot offers you work on, Zapier allows you to integrate HubSpot with a suitable application with a few simple clicks.

Saving Time With Automation

Zapier completely automates the integration process, keeping you out of the tedious manual processes of integrating your HubSpot account. It also automates repetitive processes to increase the integration speed.

Greater Control

Integrating your HubSpot account using Zapier gives you greater control over the integration process. It allows you to view multiple tools before you feed them into your central repository and carry on with the integration. With Zapier, you can schedule, delay, summarize, and parse your work according to your specific needs and preferences.

Saving HubSpot Form Submissions To Google Sheet Spreadsheets

Transferring data from your HubSpot form submissions to Google Sheet spreadsheets can be tedious and time-consuming. If you are not willing to risk accuracy and spend a lot of time doing the same, the Zapier integration with HubSpot will help you transfer all your data from HubSpot forms to Google spreadsheets within a few seconds. Zapier would also automatically save the new form entries to make the transfer even more effective.

Creating New HubSpot Contacts From Google Contacts

If you want to ensure that your contacts are on every HubSpot list they need, you can simply integrate your Google contacts with HubSpot using Zapier. This way, new entries to your Google Contacts would automatically be reflected in your HubSpot database.

This helps you eliminate unnecessary data siloes and prevents the need for manually reconciling contacts between the two platforms. Whether you create, delete, or update a new Google contact, your HubSpot database will be updated in real-time.

Logging New Intercom Users In HubSpot

If you need to track your marketing team's performance, Zapier allows you to integrate your HubSpot account with Intercom. Whenever a visitor/prospect turns into a customer, Intercom will take note of the same, and the data will also be updated in your HubSpot CRM. This helps you keep track of your customer buying journeys and analyze the efficiency of your marketing campaigns.
How To Install The Zapier Integration In Your HubSpot Account?

To work with Zapier, you must install the Zapier integration within your HubSpot account. Here are the simple steps you need to follow to do the same:

How To Create A Zap After Connecting Zapier With HubSpot?

Zapier is all about Zaps! A Zap is an automated workflow that allows you to connect different applications and services. So, for example, when you click HubSpot and Zapier, you can create a Zap that helps you carry out fruitful HubSpot integrations.

Here are the steps you need to follow for creating a Zap after connecting your HubSpot account with Zapier:

  • Start by logging in to your Zapier account. Then, click on the option “Make A Zap!” in the upper right corner.

  • Now, select the application you want to use for the trigger. If you want HubSpot to trigger a specific action in another application, click on HubSpot. If you want a different application to trigger a movement, you can use the search bar to look for that application.

  • Select a trigger, then click on “Save + Continue.” If you have used HubSpot as a trigger and have never connected HubSpot with Zapier, the system will prompt you to connect your HubSpot account.

  • Once you have connected the application, you need to set up your trigger. You would be required to customize the trigger as per your requirements, followed by clicking on “Save + Continue.”

  • You can now select an action and click “Save + Continue.”

  • Now, you can customize your action. Once you are done, click on “Save + Continue.”

  • You will now be able to test your Zap if there is a need to do so.

  • Click on “Finish” to complete the setup.

  • You can now give a name to your Zap as well.

  • If you want to start triggering new actions using the created Zap, all you need to do is toggle the “Your Zap is ____ Switch” on and take the Zap live.
